Any fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or dishonest activity may result in the suspension or closure of your account, forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of bets, or other account action.

4. Bonus General Terms
These Bonus Terms & Conditions apply to all promotions and competitions offered by New8 and form part of the General Terms & Conditions between you and New8.
By participating in any promotion, you agree to these Bonus Terms.

New8 may offer Bonus Funds and Bonus Spins to eligible players.
Current bonuses are displayed on the Promotions Page. Some offers shared through other channels may not appear there.
4.2 Promotion-Specific Terms
Each promotion may include its own specific rules, conditions, and restrictions. Where there is any inconsistency between these Bonus Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms will apply.
5. Bonus Definitions
5.1 Bonus Funds
“Bonus Funds” are non-withdrawable credits awarded to your bonus wallet. They are intended for wagering only and may only become withdrawable after all applicable turnover requirements have been met.
5.2 Bonus Spins
“Bonus Spins” allow you to play selected games without staking real money. Any winnings generated from Bonus Spins will be treated as Bonus Funds.
6. Turnover Requirements
6.1 Requirement to Convert Bonus Funds
Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable turnover requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash.
6.2 Pending Winnings
Until the turnover requirement has been fully completed, all winnings connected to those Bonus Funds will remain pending.
6.3 Promotion-Specific Turnover Rules
Each promotion will state its own turnover requirement and related rules.
6.4 Player Responsibility
It is your responsibility to review and remain informed of the applicable promotional terms and turnover conditions.
6.5 Tracking Progress
You may review your progress through the Promo Center under the “Ongoing” section of your account.
7. Bonus Participation Rules
7.1 Turnover Order
Only bets placed using Bonus Funds will count towards the applicable turnover requirement.
7.2 One Active Promotion at a Time
You may only participate in one promotion at any one time. If you opt into a new promotion while another is still active, your existing Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
7.3 Sportsbook and Casino Bonus Abuse
Using casino bonuses while real money is tied up in pending Sportsbook bets will be treated as abuse of the bonus system.
8. Withdrawals and Bonus Forfeiture
8.1 Withdrawal of Cash Balance
You may withdraw your available cash balance at any time.
8.2 Effect of Withdrawal on Active Bonuses
If you make a withdrawal while an active bonus remains in progress, the active bonus and any associated Bonus Funds may be forfeited.
9. Fair Use and Bonus Abuse
9.1 Prohibited Conduct
You must not exploit promotions, create or use multiple accounts, or engage in any conduct that New8 considers to be bonus abuse.
9.2 Consequences of Abuse
Where bonus abuse is suspected or detected, New8 may forfeit bonuses, void bets, suspend or close accounts, and take any other action considered necessary.
9.3 Withdrawal of Promotions
New8 reserves the right to withdraw any promotion or promotional offer at its sole discretion.
10. Promotional Restrictions
10.1 Additional Restrictions
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including but not limited to minimum bets, maximum bets, excluded games, or game-specific eligibility requirements.
10.2 Promotion Terms Apply
Full promotional restrictions will be stated in the terms of each specific promotion.
10.3 Prohibited Technical Abuse
Use of a proxy, fake IP, or exploitation of a no-deposit bonus may result in the bonus and any related winnings being declared void.
10.4 Bonus Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, unused bonus funds may expire after 7 days.
10.5 One Bonus Per Household
Only one bonus is permitted per player, household, IP address, and email address, unless otherwise stated by New8.
11. Crash Games and Exclusions
11.1 Correlated Outcome Betting
Bonuses relating to crash games must not be used to place bets on correlated outcomes.
11.2 Breach of Terms
Any such conduct will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in forfeiture, account action, or both.
12. Referral Program
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to the following terms.
12.1 Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or above to participate in the Referral Program.
12.2 How the Referral Program Works
You may share your referral link or referral code through the Referral Page.
A referral will be considered valid when your friend registers using your referral link or code.
12.3 Referral Rewards
You will become eligible to receive referral rewards after your referred friend’s first deposit has been successfully verified.
12.4 Reward Crediting Time
Referral rewards will be credited on the next working day at 12:00 PM.
12.5 Turnover on Referral Rewards
Referral rewards may be subject to turnover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
12.6 Prohibited Conduct
Self-referrals, fake accounts, misuse, fraud, or spam are strictly prohibited and may result in reward cancellation, account suspension, or account termination
13. VIP Program
13.1 Overview
The VIP Program is designed to reward active members through tier-based benefits.
13.2 VIP Benefits
VIP benefits may include cashback, higher limits, exclusive promotions, and priority support.
13.3 Eligibility and Upgrades
VIP status is determined based on deposits, turnover, play activity, and loyalty.
13.4 Changes or Termination
New8 reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the VIP Program at its discretion.
Where changes would negatively affect rewards, players will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance.
13.5 Conduct and Misuse
Any abuse or misuse of the VIP Program may result in the loss of VIP status and further account action where appropriate.
